Refracted infusion - stormweaver ascendancy

So the ability Refracted infusion states you gain another different elemental infusion when you collecting an infusion.

The issue is when you are full of the infusion you are gathering it refreshes the duration of the infusion. But it does not give another random version.

Ie: you have 3 cold infusions you generate another it refreshes the cold infusion but does not refresh the other infusions or add 1 to them. I'm sure this must be a bug because it makes the ability so jank to play with.
