Xbox chat bug

Past few days, I was not able to see any of global and trade chat, except couple players that were tagged as xbox player. All of my in-game chat settings are checked, and cross play function is enabled for sure. Even I checked my xbox privacy settings and they are all checked as allowed and unfiltered, and still does not show any messages. Trade function is working fine and able to trade. I have a friend who is playing in xbox and he is experiencing same problem. Please address this problem and fix this soon. Really annoying since it made me to use TFT for buying bulk and labs.
