Prosthetic research lab failing to complete

Had a room fail to complete in the temple. There seem to be many other relatively similar reports.

As far as I can tell I have not missed a monster, though it is possible that I accidentally pulled one from this room into a previous one before entering the room. I was able to place a totem in the previous room and it didn't aggro anything so I don't think this is the case.
