Delirium encounter stuck at 16/15 (no rewards, NPC not clickable)

Hello Support,

I’m currently stuck in a Delirium encounter and I think it bugged out.

I completed Delirium Intensity up to 15 waves.

I killed the mobs and the boss in every wave, including the 15th.

After finishing, no rewards/items dropped and the encounter did not complete.

The progress/UI shows 16/15, but there is no 16th wave.

The NPC is not clickable, so I can’t properly finish the encounter and the map remains stuck.

This is happening right now (I’m still inside the instance).
I can provide character name, realm/server, time, map name/tier, and screenshots/video if needed.

Charakter: YaZeLiM / EU / Today 13:00 - 13:20
