interacting with shrines making skills unusable

twice today, while interacting with the ice orb shrine, its stopped me from being able to use my right click ability. being that its my main damage ability, I die almost immediately by getting mobbed at lvl 92, signing me up for more hours of mindless map slamming. I thought this was already an issue that got fixed months ago?

bump before the new days grind where ill inevitably be stuck on this level for substantially longer
