Vaal Temple - grand phylactory T3 no soul core after fight

In Vaal Temple 10.59pm MST
Entered T3 Grand Phylactory
Picked up soul core (+ to bleeding) from chest
Went to octopus boss and started fight.
Killed boss and it dropped a Level 19 paralysing staff; no soul core dropped.
Please fix
