Can’t progress to Act 5

After killing the final act 4 boss and progressing to the quest “The Search”, I was soft locked when I headed back to Kingsmarch. Both Doriyani and The Hooded One are at the entrance to Kingsmarch and speaking to the hooded one doesn’t progress the quest. I’ve tried completing all of the Act 4 missions and still no luck. I also tried killing the act 4 final boss again and exhausting all the dialogue with The Hooded One but same result.
