Instance crashes

Had 2 waystones in a row same senario. Entered, did the map normally. 1st one some time before the end game crashed i was redirected to login screen. Waystone gone from inventory, loot and experience rollbacked and disappeared. 2nd map i completed, opened portal to return to my hideout and then it crashed. Before that crash i got to see a message of "Failed to join instance" (in this case my hideout).
