Please Help! Completed Fourth Ascension. Zone Disconnected from Client. 4th Ascension points gone

Me and my friend just finished our 4th ascension Chaos trial. After it was done, the screen went black with an error message to the affect of "Game Server Lost contact with the Realm". My friend and I both lost our loot from the Trial Master as well as our Ascension points.

We spent all day farming keys and preparing. It kicked us out before we could even allocate the nodes. We lost all progress and loot from the trial master fight and were kicked out of the trial.
