Ferocious Roar weapon swap unusable

Hello, recently I was using ferocious roar with a socketed infernal cry in weapon set 2 to buff my attacks. Socketed, I had echoing cry which requires 10m of movement. Today when I logged in it was impossible for me to use the skill anymore with no indication why. I've tested removing all support gems 1 by 1 and it's still not possible. I've also removed it and added it back completely. I am not stuck in the wrong weapon set and have met all attribute requirements for my talisman and the socketed infernal cry. Would anyone be able to tell me how to fix this?
