Whats wrong with my Armour Stacker?

Im dying left and right in blue T16's and dont know why.
I know March of the Legions increases Armour by ~20% but that cant be the reason, thats why i use Ralakesh for QoL.

Ofc DoT hits like a truck, but i already run Vitality + a Vitality mod Watcher's Eye + Zealoth's Oath.
What can i do more? Wicked Ward?

Can someone give me a hint?
