Medallion slots disappeared

I have already filled up all my Medallion slots, and I'm certain that I picked up several Medallions during my last run in the Incursion Temple. However, after I exited the Temple, the right-hand side of the Temple interface was completely empty. I'm sure that I didn't hide the Medallions.
