Constant high ping issue?

For the past few days I've been getting high ping (~250 MS) constantly no matter what server I switch to.
I tried JP, Singapore, and Hong Kong. In the selection they are like 60, 50 something, and 20 something MS respectively. Onetime it was fine in when I connect to JP, but when I get into any map (not towns) it jumps to ~250 MS. Is this just me? is it something with my network/ISP having trouble connecting to GGG's server? I don't have any network issues with anything else Last bumped on Jan 2, 2026, 1:04:39 PM

" I am also facing similar issues like what you are facing. It is very unpleasant and the character suddenly freezes for a few seconds, and then the character suddenly moves very fast across the area, and so forth. The only solution that I can find so far is to pay for ExitLag subscription so that I can play the game. It's disappointing that the affected players have to pay for a third party subscription in order to play the game. 34pre98qua

Mine isn't spiking, it's just constant 250 and feels bad to play.

i have this issues too with my ISP, then i had a big brain idea of switching to my mobile provider tethering it to my PC.
it worked, reduced my ping from 200 to 500 back down to 50ish. maybe you can try |

Same issues here, got crushed in the same map 5 times, that isn't fun!!!

Even worse for me. 4.000 and up to 50.000ms pings.
Sometimes standing around for almost a minute before seeing the obvious death screen, because mobs don't wait for me to be able to move again. |

Found a "solution" and the underlying issue actually.
It is a routing problem, not a server problem. I am living in the southern part of Germany. Frankfurt is a few hundred kilometers away only. Yet, ping spikes to 50.000 for the worst cases. Now, if I am running a VPN and connect via Nürnberg, the issue is solved. So the issue is some routing in the Munich area probably,... not sure if by chance all people with issues are from Germany? |

Pls can you fix this?
Its the same Problem every League, and i have no Idea what i can do. Its frustrating, i have Network Spikes over 10.000 ms, next Moment youre dead. |
