Reoccuring Frame Freezes into GGG wheels

My game runs smooth all the time just every now and then there are immense performance drops with solid hardware.
Something I did notice is that my GPU Fan literally escalates at these moments whilst i am still able to press escape to prevent myself from dying.
I keep dying often to this regardless and its a HUGE issue.
