Trial of Sekhema constantly crashing and ms bug

I don't know if it's my plants build causing all the crashes or the trials themselves, but man is it a drag. Trials are crashing every few rooms and it's super annoying. I only have this problem on plants oracle. I also get stuck in a walking animation like I'm casting and get locked into what feels like negative movement speed. Very buggy character.
