Purchased stash tabs lose Premium status and tab states toggle between PC and PS5

I'm having an issue with stash tab microtransactions syncing between PC and PS5 in Path of Exile 2.

Important detail: I also purchased stash tabs on PS5 separately. So effectively, the same stash tabs were purchased twice (once on PC and once on PS5), because I expected them to be available consistently on both platforms.

Platforms: PC and PS5 (I play on both regularly)

What happened (recent purchase)

A few minutes ago, while playing on PC, I purchased:

* Stash Tab Bundle
* Premium Quad Stash Tab

I bought these because I want the same stash tabs to be available on both platforms.

After the purchase:

1. I closed the game on PC and launched the game on PS5.
2. On PS5, the newly purchased tabs appeared correctly as Premium (as expected).
3. I then switched back to PC.

Issue: After logging back into the PC version, the tabs that were Premium a minute earlier (on both PC and PS5) were now shown as regular (non-Premium) tabs on PC.

Additional ongoing issue (tab state switching)

I also have a recurring problem when switching platforms:
When I switch between PS5 and PC, stash tabs often randomly change their state between Read-Only and Read-Write.

For example: a tab that is Read-Write on PC but Read-Only on PS5 may flip after switching platforms (it becomes Read-Only on PC and Read-Write on PS5).

This happens almost every time I switch platforms.

Expected result

1. The same stash tabs (including Premium tabs, Quad Tab and other) should remain available on both PC and PS5.
2. Tab states (Read-Only / Read-Write) should not change unexpectedly when switching platforms.

I already contacted support about this issue. After a short time, they replied and asked me to post the problem here on this forum.

However, I’m still seeing problems with stash tab syncing when switching between PC and PS5:

Premium tabs sometimes appear as regular (non-Premium) after switching platforms.

Tab states (Read-Only / Read-Write) often change randomly when switching between PC and PS5.

If anyone has experienced the same issue (or knows if there’s a known limitation/bug with cross-platform stash tabs in PoE 2), please let me know. I can provide screenshots and purchase details if needed.

Purchases made on PC and PS5 are completely separate - and when you pay for a stash tab, the server will upgrade one of your Read Only tabs at random. While this may have been your desire, it was never likely to be what occurred.
