Bug report - chaos whittling

Hi Support Team,

I'm reporting a bug which needs to be fixed and my item needs to be fixed as well.

I'm crafting this amulet:



I've used perfect chaos orb and whittling, instead of removing the lowest tier which is STR(T3), it removed my tier 1 spirit which is crucial for this amulet.



I hope someone can help me

This omen removes the lowest level modifier, not tier.
T1 spirit is level 54
T3 strength is level 55
