High Ping Issue in HK and SG realm

I got high ping and unstable ping, i already test my network and it's good. Can u help me fix the problem? in HK realm it's like 300-500 ping and in SG realm the ping not stable and it's spiking so high until 50K ping.
Please help i want play the game :)
