Wolfpack doesn't properly respawn minions

It is very inconsistent with the respawning. Sometimes it doesnt respawn at all, sometimes only a few of them. switching weapon sets back and fourth quickly will reset and respawn all of them. It gets tiring having to manually revive them, not to mention i loose my shapeshifted bonuses like extra max rage etc.
