stacking in rhoa

I'm already off my Rhoa and stacking in it when I use skills of different sets of weapon and loose bonus from Rhoa

Easy to repeat
Get on a Rhoa with weapon set 1 (ice shoot) and Fire another weapon set (Stormcaller Arrow)
Im using one bow for 2 weapon set if it important
