Surprisingly EASY fix for the Temple

1) Allow players to run the temple EACH map, starting from tier 7 maps.

2) Remove the exalted orbs (regular, greater and perfect ones) from the loot inside the Temple

3) For players: stop wining about bans and "nerfs" - its counterproductive.
