Item has 4 Prefixes

Hi, I don't know if this is a feature or a bug. My helmet has 4 prefixes and 2 suffixes. It is not Corrupted. Can use an Exalted Orb to add a 3rd suffix to it? Or will using an Exalted Orb cause one of my prefixes to be removed? Or does POE2 allow any combination of prefixes and suffixes as long as the max is 6?

+6 to Dexterity
Prefix: 8(8-11)% Increased Rarity of Items Found T3
13(6-13)% Increased Armour And Evasion T6
+7(7-10) to Maximum Life
+20(15-24) to Maximum Mana T9
Suffix: 7(6-10)% Increased Rarity of Items Found T3
+13(11-15)% to Fire Resistance T7

I now see that the picture shows T6 to be the 2nd Prefix and it includes both the 2nd and 3rd lines: 13 Increased Armour and Evasion, and +7 to Maximum Life.

That's awesome! How did that happen? Can I make that happen by doing anything, such as crafting, or applying Orbs?

Yes. Some prefixes are hybrid, meaning they consist of two lines, each a lower-value version of other existing prefixes
