Ratha's Assault or other on Dodge effects should work with Black Powder Blitz

So me and my buddy we're seeing what uniques we could use to improve his mercenary and I happen to find the Shankgonne Covered Sabatons and showed them to him in which he got the idea to see if Ratha's Assault would work with the blackpowder blitz skill and to both our sadness the combo was not a possibility an as such I write this post in hopes that in the future Blackpowder blitz counts as a dodge that can do thing like reloading bolts or other on dodge effects such as leaving lingering illusion thank you for reading my suggestion hopefully many others agree with it
