Navira's Oasis usefulness

The amount of recoup the skill gives is GREAT, but the fact that it Overgrows plants is a bit of a joke when Thunderstorm exists. I would LOVE for this interaction to be good, but to get it off you have to... set up chilled ground, which for the most part requires you to either use a power charge with Creeping Chill, or requires you to freeze enemies.

What this means is that, either in boss fights or in mapping, the process to get your plants to overgrow is just WAY too slow.
