Poison not Proccing with High Velocity Rounds: Bug Report ID: #885715875

I have a 10% chance to poison on hit from passives and a 60% chance to poison with the Poison III support gem on High Velocity Rounds. However, no matter how many times I use the High Velocity Rounds, I do not proc any poisons.

Even before I got the 10% chance to poison from passives, I was not proccing poison with High Velocity Rounds with Poison III attached.
