Ending of Act 3, lost all my boss loot due to quest items you can't turn in while in the past.

So I am at the end of act three, I am on my way to Doryani. I walk into a room and, oh there Doryani is. Ok, so I fight him and kill him. He drops all this loot on the ground. But... my bags are full from all the quest items you have to sell to Oswald. Well I can't pick up my loot. Now me not knowing, I portal out to sell the quest items. Since there is no way to sell them in the past to Oswald. Soon as I portal out because of quest items the whole zone collapses and I lose everything.

This is just bad game design, you know the player can't get the items of their bags since you have given no way to full fill the quest while in the past. So either they must

Portal out

Leave the past

Load present Ziggurat

Run to Oswald

Sell

Re-enter the past

Re-navigate portals / waypoint chains back to where you were.

And hope the zone is still there (I already had to redo the whole zone the first time I tried to sell my items since the whole zone reset itself). Or you have to keep the items in your bag, which no I know can make you lose your loot. That's Dark Pattern game design.

Suggestions - Just remove the quest. Have Oswald go threw the portal too. In stead give the items to Alva, and Alva gives you a quest to see Oswald for the gold. Have a (Are you sure you want to leave the zone permanently) warning.

Plenty of ways to make sure players don't get totally screwed.
