POE 2 (Spectre Gem Not Working Properly)

Made a Bladelash Transcendent Spectre, and it just spawns laid down on the ground and does nothing during any fights. The Spectre teleports to my location when i move and that's the only time it is active. I've made other spectres for testing and they work properly
