Is there a way to reset the Atziri temple?

I am not the sharpest tool in the box and completely botched the temple. There is another room blocking the path to Atziri room and no way to progress - I guess that room is "protected"?

I wish there was a more intuitive way to interact/engage with this league's mechanic. I am very dumb.
