Cannot Upgrade Ancestral Cry when solely wielding Talisman

If your only equipped Martial Weapon is a Talisman, the Ancestral Cry skill does not recognize it as eligible. As an additional quirk of this, the Gemcutting UI prevents you from upgrading your Ancestral Cry gem. A Mace or other weapon must be equipped to properly upgrade the skill.

This is happening on Xbox Series X with the Gemcutting Restrictions option disabled.
