22 out of 24 weapon skill points

I've looked everywhere. Redid all the quests and killed the bosses again who give skill points and I can't find it. Please help

Act 1

Hunting Grounds - Kill Crowbell for +2 passive skill points.

Ogham Farmlands - Find Una's Lute and deliver it to Una for +2 passive skill points.



Act 2

Keth - Kill Kabala, Constrictor Queen for +2 passive skill points

Deshar - Find the Final Letter and deliver it to Shambrin for +2 passive skill points.



Act 3

Jungle Ruins - Kill Mighty Silverfist for +2 passive skill points.

Aggorat - Kill enemies until you drop Sacrificial Heart. Sacrifice it at the altar for +2 passive skill points.



Act 4

Journey's End - Complete the quest Dark Mists by killing Omniphobia, Fear Manifest +2 passive skill points

Trial Of The Ancestors - Kill Yama The White and Speak to Hinekora for +2 passive skill points.



Interlude 1: The Curse Of Holten

Wolvenhold - Kill Oswin, The Dread Warden for +2 passive skill points.




Interlude 2: The Stolen Barya

Complete the quest Clearing The Way by killing Akthi and Anundr and talking to Risu for +2 passive skill points.



Interlude 3: Doryani's Contingency

Howling Caves - Kill The Abominable Yeti for +2 passive skill points.

Talk to The Hooded One in Kingsmarch after finishing the Interlude Acts to complete the quest Siege Of Oriath. This rewards you with +2 passive skill points.



WHEN YOU SELECT AN ACT OR INTERLUDE MAKE SURE EVERY SINGLE PART OF THE MAP (IN OTHER WORDS, EVERY SINGLE GREY BUBLE IS BLUE) you can see uncompleted quests on the menu sitting on the right of the map when you click on teleportation thingy.
