'Intimidate' mechanic is boring.

Looking at the "Blackheart" Unique Ring, the damage buff and debuff is just a shallow application of the supposed 'flavor' mechanic. Damage changes are so subtle and often unnoticeable in the heat of gameplay. And even then, its extra effect don't even add excitement to gameplay.

How about instead let it slow enemies (maybe 30-50%) and any hits on them knockback. Its the real life representation of someone cowering, hesitating to attack someone strong and backing out when they go after them. It would give a very tangible and visible application of the mechanic that players can actually feel and build around more. More variety added as well in gameplay.
