Until you address this boss fight, things will forever be awkward and buggy

2nd time in a row where Citadel boss gets DPSed down too fast and they never leave the 1st phase and they keep fighting invincible.

Fights like All of the Citadel fights have 2 phases, and sometimes if you kill them too fast, they keep fighting for no reason being invincible for quiet a while until they do their RP animation and go into a 2nd phase.

Unfortunately, sometimes they NEVER leave the 1st phase and have to drop the citadel just to end it.

Please look into this, a good fix would be if we hit the 1st phase mark, then put them through the 2nd phase immediately instead of them fighting while being invulnerable then do their entire RP animation.
