Build negation

Too many builds, and i mean WAYYY to many builds that are decent or fun are brought to the state of 100% useless of account of clear speed... ect..

Gotta really hunt down every single build that is fully op and bring balance back

Or buff the weak stuff up to the strong so an actual baseline can be set and monsters scaled accordingly? Why is every single post about this only calling for nerfs and not buffs to the crap skills?
