Unable to Re-activate Ash Herald Ability After Switching Weapons

Hello, I’m experiencing an issue with the Ash Herald ability on my Warrior character in Path of Exile 2. Previously, the ability was active and functioning correctly. However, after switching weapons and then returning to my original weapon, I can no longer activate the Ash Herald ability. I meet all the requirements: I am level 37, I have 92 strength (the requirement is 57), and I have 70 spirit (the requirement is 30). The ability should be compatible with my weapon. I have tried relogging and re-equipping the gem, but the problem persists. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? Thank you!
