Active skills dominance in asc is much worse than passives domination in poe1, skills descr too

Why so many that crap? F innovation? Guess what, that sucks- i as many others prefer passive asc skills cause they really matter, most of this active skills are annoying crap, game has enough of combo skills already which full cover skill panel, especially bolts with "special" bolt reloading icons, cause it's a gift for merc only, not bowstring draw for bow users which shoot whole screen with millions of arrows per map, ABSOLUTE ZERO.
The only matter skills which work passive like merc ward, ggg only killing lot of building diversity with this, i persistently hope it's EA feature and will be gone soon. Starting druid- checking start skills. Shred- Shapeshift into a Werewolf and lash out with a flurry of claw swipes. The first Attack can dash to faraway enemies and the final Attack Strikes twice. Attacking a Frozen enemy will create Ice Fragments, which are Projectiles that land and explode after a short delay. Normal Strikes Cannot Freeze Triggers Ice Fragments on Hit against Frozen enemies, no more than once per use Additional Effects From Quality: (0—10)% more Attack Speed Fast Strikes Attack Damage: (35—109)% 35% more Attack Speed Cannot Freeze Triggers Ice Fragments on Hit against Frozen enemies, no more than once per use Final Strike Attack Damage: (60—187)% 55% less Attack Speed Cannot Freeze +6 to Melee Strike Range Triggers Ice Fragments on Hit against Frozen enemies, no more than once per use Ice Fragments Attack Damage: (45—140)% of base Projectile Speed: 32 Units per Second Detonation Time is 2.5 seconds Converts 100% of Physical damage to Cold damage Fires 3 Projectiles Explosion radius is 1.8 metres I immediately just look at start duelist skill in poe: Cleave The character swings their weapon (or both weapons if dual wielding) in an arc, damaging monsters in an area in front of them. Only works with Axes and Swords. When Dual Wielding, Deals 60% Damage from each Weapon combined +(0-1) metre to radius Guys, that sucks as innovation, most of poe2 gems have terrible description vision with tons of graphomaniac creation. I can't find where these poetic decriptions are cool, they only exhaust me in still same slow character game(focusing complaint on acts, problem of speed endgame in balance for now and bad sprint and dodge mechanics). No doubt, werewolf form is cool, animations and damage just great, 30% base ms is too comfortable and i wish that this 30% was added to core for all characters, it's much more enjoyable than modern base ms. Wich that dodge was longer distance and faster too, idea to make good dodge roll and sprint with with endurance still availible ggg. But goddamn, what's the problem just copy paste ruthless(nerfed) version of 3.20 poe1 guardian to druid and call it beastmaster or smg? No active skills, just passives.
