Divine Orb Drop rate

Has the Divine orb drop rate been lowered, I am not saying it was good anyway, but it feels even worse, I have 2 chars one at 78 and one at 86 and I have dropped 2.
I love the game and the graphics, but the drop rate feels like the game belongs to the top 5%, If I were a casual player, I am not sure this game would be sustainable for me, I have hardly dropped items that were of any value for my char.
Its hope you drop some thing of value and sell it, to buy an upgrade, before you are priced out.
We are 15 days in and the exalted orb is already worth 478ex for 1 divine, no wonder these real money trading sites exist and spoil the in game trading market for every one else.
It would be good to have time played on the Exiles Pilfering Ring for comparisons.

At your characters’ level, you are expected to use the resources you obtain to craft upgrades, not rely on the hope that a perfectly rolled item will randomly drop on the ground. Divine Orbs are also meant to be rare and valuable, not common, cookie-cutter currency that appears frequently.

You are placing too much emphasis on Divine Orb drops as a way to engage with trading. Instead, focus on making use of the many resources the game consistently provides, and you will find plenty of opportunities to upgrade your character.
