bear form smash animations are awful for multiplayer

I play this game with friends, one of them is doing a bear build that is a nightmare to play with because I cant see anything thats going on where he is fighting, effectively having to fight blind.

I cant find any settings where I can disable or tone down his animations - its really offputting. Would be nice to have a way to control that as a player to ensure the game is fun for all.

My friend sometimes loses track of enemies in his own animations!

Same in single player as Bear cant see anything. Id say 85% og my death is one shot by something impossible to see because all screen is light up, often cant see the mobs at all. Thats way there is only one way to play this game and thats blast everyting before it killes you in some way and skip all game mechanics. Personally i think that way of playing is boring, shallow and repetitive.
