FYI for those that play PC accounts on PS

So I've been playing exclusively on Playstation on my PC account as when I started, it defaulted my PC account and not my playstation account. I then purchased supporter packs on my account and I found out after, I was playing on the wrong account. GGG said they could not transfer any of them, so I've been playing my PC account on playstation so as to use the packs I purchased.

Anyways, fast forward to now. I currently own all of the druids mystery boxes so when I saw that they would be giving out the Glimmerwood box's if you own all of the druid ones, I was excited. I was waiting for them to be assigned and I just noticed they were, but I was unable to use them as they are for PC. I figured this should be an easy ticket and they could swap it out. Turns out they cant even do that simple request. Kind of annoying but I'm over it, and I'll continue playing and enjoying it, just bummed that they "cant" do it.

TLDR - If you play your PC account on playstation you will be locked out of free giveaways as support refuse to help.

Not sure why my picture won't come through. It was between Ian (GGG support) and myself. He basically said anything purchased cannot be transferred, but I never purchased anything. I was given them. I was simply asking for them to remove the ones they gave me (they are unopened as I cannot open) and give me ones that are for playstation. He kept replying back as if he never even read a word I said and kept saying things I purchase on PC cannot be transferred.

Talking to Ian felt like talking to a wall ._.
