Svalinn shield not appearing to work on trade site

I got a Svalinn shield that says it takes 0% damage from blocked hits and its not seeming to appear on the trade site. No other items pop up if I put 0 in the max box of the filter either, as well as all the ones on the trade site only go down to 1. Is this a bug with the trade site?

I've tried different tabs with Ange and different public tabs and after a few days I still haven't seen it appear on the site and I surely would like to sell it.
