i had a problem with an account i bought

hey i bought a steam account with the game in it and already connected to another poe2 account which the seller told me it's his own so i played with it for a while but after couple of months some dislogged the account from the steam connected to it so i lost access to it and now when i made another account connected to the steam which have the support pack bought i couldn't play and it asks me to buy it again any fix ?

This is a violation of Section 1 C of the Steam Subscriber Agreement;

Realistically, the only thing either Valve or GGG will do is permaban anything even tangentially related to the account sale & tell you to start over with a fresh Steam account and Path of Exile account.
