Can we pls have a sceen-wide effect on degen AND make degen ground more visible

Just died in HC because of some stupid degen ground in expedition that looked EXACTLY like normal ground. I re-watched it several times and still couldn't figure out where the degen ground was. On top of that, there's no screen effect when your health is being reduced due to degen, like there is with hits. So the only two ways of knowing you're about to degen back to Miller is by looking at top-left of the screen and seeing the degen icon, or by looking at your character. I confess, i was looking at a certain big rare at the moment. But there still should be a better indicator.
