Permanently lost account - warning to all

So today I had an issue while playing the game and my account was locked
When I contacted support via my steam email - they told me I had another email I had to contact them from I confirmed my original account creation email was an email I no longer have access to from my account creation in poe1 well since my account is locked, I cannot use steam to authenticate or login and I cannot recover my email so my support agent wont respond. I sent my drivers license, transaction history and ID's, and the POV of my being disconnected in the email. I had the 500 dollar supporter pack and have spent a ton of MTX in this game, to lose it all, with so much proof is insane to me as a consumer and I guess thats all Be careful, they will not help you. I was working with Ian but he stopped responding and said I must send them an email from the deleted email address I mentioned in my post it deeply saddens me that I cannot continue enjoying your product any more :( |

They stopped responding entirely, warning stands - do not lose your OG email or you lose your account forever, even if you migrated to steam

How long has it been since their last email?

The past few days have been bank holidays weren't they? I mean expecting support to go full throttle during christmas is not very realistic. And even after it for a few days they will have to deal with the amassed workload. If this was Riot games' support I would be highly (very VERY highly) concerned but with GGG i am sure they will sort it out if you can prove your ownership.
