Bloodhound's Mark doesn't apply stun build up correctly

Easily reproducible by any build that has a strong bleed; it is immediately evident that very little stun build up is provided from the mark vs the amount of blood loss received.

have same issue!
for some reason mark felt ok some time before, but started to be usless more as far as i juiced my bosses more. Mb smthing with level scaling, dunno |
