I completed 2nd Trial of the Sekhemas but didn't get Skill point (POE2)

I've finished the 2nd trial of the Sekhemas which can give me the Ascendancy skill point. However right after I killed boss I dead for some unknow damage.

After I click restart(the button after I dead) it is start showing I've complete this trial, but I didn't get the skill point because I am dead.

Is there any way to re-do this trial or refund me the point? otherwise seems like I will be permanent lost 2 Ascendancy point.

In fact I just notice I mind not fully completed as I only done the 2nd boss. I found there is a 3rd boss in youtube.

I still cannot find my key...

It drops in Interlude or in the Atlas.
