CPU spikes, Laggs, Game Crashing, "CPU Deadlock" since 0.4

Hi all,

There are metions of fixed crashed. However my PC still has strong issues this league.

Repeated frame drops, while internet conneciton is fine. CPU mostly spikes. Repeatedly in the loading screen the game closes with "CPU Deadlock".

CPU: 8700K
RAM: 16 GB
GPU: RTX 2080
Resolution: 3440x1440p

Before this patch everything worked fine. Even tabbing out is now a problem.
