Stormborne Chest Armor Pieces

Hello i have a Question about the Stormborne chest armor pieces.
I personally own the Frigid Chest armor since the day the mysterbox came out.
What i really liked about the chest piece was the frosty look it applied to other armor pieces, especially the back attachment. But it seems they have changed that, infact the body armour is nothing special anymore.
Is there a reason why they changed that, didnt seem to be a visual bug because it looked "to good" to be a bug. It also doesnt apply the frosty look to the Weapon anymore, which was a really good idea imo. You can see the frosty look in the first image.

I get that people may dislike the effect of it applying to other armor and weapon pieces, but i think there should be a third MTX tier to apply it for people that like it. (like me)

Unfortunately i only made a picture from the front of the character, but it had the same look on the back of the wings.

I personally think it looks bad now. Dont even want to use it and feels like a waste for a loot in the mysterybox.
