[Build of the Week Submission] The "Infinite Warp" Blood Mage: Instant Culling at 100% HP

would like to submit my Blood Mage Lightning Warp build for Build of the Week. While the concept of reaching "100% Culling Strike threshold" might be known to some veterans, previous iterations always struggled with one major issue: Survivability. The key innovation in this build is the adoption of the new Soul Tether (introduced in Patch 0.4). By combining it with Blood Mage, I managed to solve the durability problem, turning what was once a "glass cannon" mechanic into a viable T15 speed mapper. Note: My English is not perfect and the video showcases a Japanese interface, but the mechanics are universal! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fbDo8ZXTrpI The Concept The core idea is to make Lightning Warp think that every white mob is already dead. Lightning Warp has a specific behavior where it "teleports inside enemies that are in Culling Strike range." By overlapping the enemy's maximum HP cap with my execution range, I can warp into enemies at 100% HP, resulting in infinite, high-speed teleportation similar to Flicker Strike. The Mechanics (The Math) To achieve this, I combine two specific mechanics: 1. Lowering Enemy Effective HP Using the Blood Mage ascendancy node "Whispers of the Flesh" combined with Blasphemy, enemies are forced to reserve 15% of their Life. Enemy Max HP Cap: 85% 2. Increasing Culling Threshold I stack "Increased Culling Strike Threshold" to push the execution range above the enemy's new max HP. Base Cull: 30% Total Increase: 184% Calculation: 30% * (1 + 1.84) = 85.2% The Result: Since 85.2% (Cull Range) > 85% (Enemy Max HP), white mobs are considered "in culling range" the moment they spawn. Lightning Warp targets them immediately, teleports inside, and executes them instantly. How I achieved +184% Threshold 120% - Myris Uxor (Helmet) 25% - Heart of the Well 40% - Passive Tree Defenses & Stats Since I am constantly warping into packs, defense is crucial. Sustain: Instant Leech via Atziri's Acuity. Mitigation: New Soul Tether for Energy Shield recovery and Overleech. HP/ES: 1,436 Life / 5,644 ES Current Performance: Speed clearing T15 Maps. Summary This build turns the Blood Mage into a high-speed melee teleporter. It relies heavily on white mobs to chain the warps, but when it works, it is one of the fastest and most satisfying clearing experiences I have had in PoE 2. I hope you enjoy this mechanic!
