Sap of Nightmares(Acolyte of Chayula Ascendancy) and instant leech soul tether bug

- "Leeches #% of Physical Damage as Mana" on martial weapon doesnt work with
Sap of Nightmares(Leech recovers based on Chaos Damage as well as Physical Damage)

tldr: only the mana leech mod on rings work with Sap of Nightmares

- leech doesnt apply to energy shield when life is full(soul tether old bug)

- when overleech enabled(which is a workaround to the bug above),instant leech will turn to regular leech(one second duration default) with soul tether.
