There is a bug with belt modifier that cause Life Flask still can be used when you have full life

As the title, if foude a rare bug case cause life flask still able to apply when your life if full

the modifier is #% increased Flask Charges gained
New discovery increased Flask Life Recovery rate with this modifier cause the same thing (Possiblly any flask modifier could cause it?)

i tried different belt with this modifier and it has the same problem and also when you take the belt with this modifier down it still applies the same bug, only when u use a different belt this bug is gone
