poe 2 and poe1 shutting off my Internet completely

my account is probably corrupted or something like that in my household me and my brother both play poe1 and poe2, i played for years now without problems it all started in the latest poe 1 season i could play for 1 week without problems now for some reason my game always disconnects (poe1 and poe2 both) and shuts off my complete Internet connection for like 2-10 minutes and its really just path of exile , i can play every other online game fine without any problems.
my brother using the same router and anything no problems he can play normally but when i log in with my account on his ps5 it has the same problems with disconnecting so its probably my account thats bricked. I don't know what to do im not an specialist really helpless don't know what do ..

things that i tried without any success
1.completely resetting my ps5
2.resetting the router
3.getting an new Internet cable
4.playing on wify
5.reinstall poe2 and poe1

Not really, I can just stay AFK in hideout and it will disconnect my internet randomly.
